SD Negeri Wonorejo IV sebenarnya berada di wilayah Dusun Banyolan,Desa Wonorejo, Kecamatan Singosari.Namun karena letak geografis yang berjauhan antara Dusun Pusung dengan Dusun Banyolan,sekolah ini didirikan di dua lokasi. “Pada awal didirikan,sekolah yang ada di Dusun Pusung ini tidak serta-merta memiliki gedung atau ruang kelas sehingga proses belajar mengajarnya dilaksanakan di salah satu Zoom Kobe 3 rumah warga,milik Bapak Busiman,” tutur Sutiani. Dia sendiri mulai aktif mengajar di sekolah terpencil tersebut pada 1990 atau dua tahun setelah beroperasinya sekolah dengan status hanya sebagai guru tidak tetap (GTT) atau yang dia sebut sebagai tenaga Tiffany and co outlet guru sukwan. Sejak berdiri,hanya 105 siswa yang sudah lulus dari SD ini.Dari jumlah itu,hanya satu yang melanjutkan ke jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi.Itu pun hanya mengikuti program paket B dan C. Russia holds a monopoly on flights to and from the 16-nation station.
